Survival experience
(minimum 4 days)

You will discover the famous phenomenon of the "Meeting of the Waters" on your way to the jungle.

Arriving in the area of the Maçarico and Juma rivers, you will reach a sparsely populated area of the Juma river and you will enter the rainforest. You will start by building your camp, made of tree trunks and palm fronds.

Throughout the experience, you will be accompanied by a professional and experienced native guide.

You will learn many survival techniques and become real experts in the wild jungle, learning for example how to make a fire in the middle of the forest or how to find your own food in a wild environment: how to survive in the Amazon jungle for a few days.

You will sleep every night in hammocks under the canopy, and during the day you will go in search of your food, during walks in the jungle, fishing in the river, and canoe trips (day and night), looking for fruits, worms, coconuts, insects and learning to fish with different techniques (fishing with a net, branch fishing, night spearfishing,...).

During your stay, you will also enjoy other adventures and local activities such as watching sunrises and sunsets, searching for caimans at night, etc.

Depending on the duration of your stay, it is possible to camp in different places and explore several areas of the Juma river (minimum 6 days).
